Negotiation is a process of interaction that takes place in order to generate profits. It is a process by which stakeholders resolve conflicts, agree lines of conduct, seeking individual and/or collective advantages where arrive to meet and/or results that serve their mutual interests. Generally seen as a form of alternative resolution of conflicts or situations involving multilateral action. Given this definition, one can see that the negotiation happens in all areas of life. However, the true significance of the negotiation is not derived its common and everyday practice, but the importance of the generation of results: provided that two or more people interact in an attempt to reach an agreement, there is an outcome (even if you keep the previous state, this would be the result), and this may be favorable or unfavorable to one of the parties involved, or even all of them.
Persuasion is a form of influence. It is the way to get people to agree with an idea, attitude, or action by rational and emotional means. It is a problem-solving strategy and relies on "appeals" rather than force.is often confused with manipulation, which is the way to get a person to agree with something that is not in their best interest. Persuasion is meant to benefit one or more parties in the end. Is also a form of communication which consists of the deliberate use of this technique to change, build or reinforce attitudes of persons, being these latest mental representations that sum up what they think of things, people, groups, actions or ideas: If prefer a brand to another, if we are in favour or against abortion, what view of certain political parties, etc.
Conflicts are part of our life and a great source of learning. Conflict means being alive, and how healthy it is to learn to handle them, mainly because some are inevitable. What if it's avoidable consequences are negative for them, all we have internally and innate resources that give us capacity to deal with them, (the human being survives thanks to them) while it is true that useful strategies can learn them, you will see that in your environment adults with whom you've grown nor have these skills being so likely you have not had an adequate model that you serve. The consequences of this can be do not know address the difficulties that arise in personal relationships, and that because of this you fear to give your opinions, you avoid them to argue…, or on the other hand do not know to give your opinion without ruling…, have difficulty to give up and get in the place of another... etc.
Leadership is the set of capabilities that a person has to influence the minds of people, in a certain group of people, making this team to work with enthusiasm, but the reality is different, in the achievement of goals and objectives. It is also understood as the ability to take initiative, manage, convene, promote, encourage, motivate and assess at a group or team.
